What is Controll Concept?

A property management system for short-term rentals: calendar, guests, cleanings, team and money in one place, connected to Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo, with an assistant that works across all of it. cntrll is our short name.

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

No. You pay one flat monthly price per live property. What guests pay is yours, less the platform’s own fees.

Which platforms does it work with?

Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo. Past bookings can be imported from a spreadsheet.

Will it change things without asking?

No. It shows you the change and waits for your OK, and every change is recorded.

What happens after the 14 days?

Your card is charged for the properties you have live, from €59 a month. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Can I pause a property?

Yes. It closes for new bookings on every channel, keeps the bookings it already has, and comes off your plan from the next charge.

What if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. After that your properties pause and your data stays yours.
